Product purpose
Our products have been designed and produced to be used as scenery and decoration for tabletop games. They are not toys and their use is not recomended for kids under 14 years.
We reject any responsibility, liability and warranty derived from any use diferent than they are designed for.
Shipping policy
Standard orders will be shipped within 10 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is received. According to the demand and our workload this time could vary, in this case we will inform customers about the estimated delivery date with the option to cancel the order if needed.
In the case that delivery address differs from billing address we may have to contact you to verify payment and billing information.
It is important that you verify that all provided information is correct. If the address used during checkout is incorrect and the shipping service charges an address correction fee or if the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional charges.
If a shipment could not be delivered to the indicated address, or was refused, then upon return it will be treated as a return with shipping charges applied.
Item mistakes
Altougth our products have the highest quality as they come from 3D print technology the following minor surface issues (such as print lines, small pits, soft scratches…) will not be considered as defects. For product finish reference please check any picture in our web and our technical data page.
We do our best to have zero errors, nevertheless seldom mistakes happen… If you detect an error on our supplies please contact us immediately at info@uya3d.com (preferably with attached photos). Upon defect confirmation we will send you the replacement product as soon as posible at no cost to you.
International shipping
Shipping rates to Spain are calculated during checkout. For other contries we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order. We reserve the right to correct shipping costs depending on your order and destination.
Once an international order reaches the destination country, we cannot be responsible for any issues with your customs agency. It is your responsibility to handle the customs in your country.
